Kate Tang is the Founder and CEO of NorthBridge Collective. She leads the company with a mission to modernize short-term rental operations through guaranteed rent, professional property care, and hospitality-grade consistency.

With a strong background in business operations, guest experience, and brand development, Kate oversees every strategic element of the company, including market selection, property design and setup, operational standards, and owner partnerships.

Her approach is rooted in transparency, systemization, and delivering dependable long-term value for property owners. Kate ensures each property under NorthBridge Collective operates with the highest levels of care, safety, and performance.

Jon Tang, Lead Specialist

Jon oversees the core functions that directly drive NorthBridge Collective’s growth and operational success. His primary responsibilities include property sourcing, landlord relationship management, and training internal teams to ensure every property is operated with consistency and care.

Property Sourcing & Evaluation

Jon leads the research and analysis required to identify properties that align with NorthBridge Collective’s standards, growth strategy, and operational model. He assesses neighborhoods, rental demand, property potential, and compliance factors to determine suitability before a corporate lease is offered.

Landlord & Partner Relations

Jon strengthens long-term relationships with property owners, ensuring communication is clear, professional, and aligned with our commitment to property protection. He supports owners throughout onboarding and acts as a trusted operational point of contact, helping to maintain confidence and transparent collaboration.
