Her responsibilities include market selection, portfolio growth strategy, property onboarding standards, design and setup frameworks, operational systems, and owner partnerships.

Jon Tang serves as Operations and Guest Experience Lead at NorthBridge Collective, overseeing the execution and day-to-day performance of each property within the portfolio.
Jon is responsible for operational logistics, property readiness, vendor coordination, maintenance oversight, and guest experience execution. He ensures each property meets NorthBridge’s hospitality and safety standards while maintaining efficient, reliable operations.
With a hands-on, detail-driven approach, Jon plays a critical role in ensuring consistency across all stays, fast issue resolution, and high-quality guest interactions. His operational leadership supports strong reviews, repeat bookings, and stable performance for property owners.
